Yesterday they started drilling and hacking at the concrete downstairs in the thing they call a scenic garden. A garden that they recently built from scratch. I'm no expert, but it seems rather strange to hack at concrete that was cast less than a month ago. Couldn't they have cast it in the way they wanted instead?

Also, there's an inexplicably placed covering over a walkway that is obviously designed to let vehicles pass under it. (it's a section 4.5m high, higher than the rest of the walkway.) However, there isn�t a road beneath it.

Perhaps this is what happens when the person who designs the stuff is lousy.
