2009-02-14 : Why i will never sell economy rice.
The other day I was buying dinner, and was thinking that it must be rather sad sometimes to be the owner of an economy rice store, especially at the end of the day when large amounts of your food are unsold.

You spent lots of time chopping, preparing, and cooking in front of the hot fire, and also probably not insignificant amounts of money buying the ingredients, and now it's 730, and you have veritable mountains of food left which are unlikely to be sold.

I think it would make me rather sad. I guess economy rice store-owners have higher levels of mental resilience than I.
